The Role

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Health Center, providing direct care to campers and guests, managing medications, and ensuring compliance with California nursing laws and camp-specific regulations.
Supervise and train seasonal staff, maintain inventory, and support the overall health and safety of the camp.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Evidence of strong Christian faith with a passion for sharing the gospel and meeting spiritual needs.
Must agree with our statement of belief and be willing to abide by our code of conduct.
Holds a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California, with Basic Life Support certification.
Skilled in patient care, medication management, and health education, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and general office technology.
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with experience managing and training staff.
Thrives in high-pressure environments, handling heavy workloads and frequent interruptions, and can work in extreme weather conditions.
Physically Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and living in high-elevation conditions.
