The Role:
- Responsible for overseeing daily operations related to the preparation and cleanliness of guest housing, restrooms, and common areas.
- Managing and training the accommodations team of staff and volunteers.
- Coordinating cleaning schedules, and performing safety inspections.
- Spiritual care for both guests and staff.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Evidence of strong Christian faith with a passion for sharing the gospel and meeting spiritual needs.
- Must agree with our statement of belief and be willing to abide by our code of conduct.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in accommodations or similar fields.
- Skilled in team leadership, with the ability to train, manage, and motivate both full-time and seasonal staff.
- Willingness to live on-site or nearby to be readily available for guest and conference needs.
- Be able to perform physically demanding tasks like snow removal and heavy lifting.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, kneel and bend for extended periods of time. Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs). Ability to work in extreme weather conditions at a high altitude. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions of the job.
